SLA Declaration — Programme Participation

As part of this funding programme, organisations are expected to contribute to the wider Early Diagnosis Community Grants Network. Please confirm that your organisation:

Can nominate a representative to attend the monthly Community Grants Network meetings.

Is willing to share project updates, learning and examples of good practice with other funded organisations.

Will contribute to collaborative discussions that support the continuous improvement of the Early Diagnosis programme.

Will share community insight and emerging issues, where appropriate, to help inform future Cancer Alliance priorities and service development.

Attendance at the monthly Community Grants Network meetings is an expected condition of funding for those awarded over £5,000. Consistent non-attendance without reasonable explanation may be taken into account when considering future funding applications.
